Get started

Enter your name, mobile number, and optional email on the home page. You will need to agree to receive recurring Fit Txt SMS/MMS messages before we text you.

Share your health and fitness goals

After opt-in, Fit Txt will send a welcome text and begin learning about your goals, schedule, diet, workout plan, motivation style, and any restrictions you share.

Set the accountability level

Some people want friendly encouragement. Others want blunt coach-style pressure. Fit Txt is designed to personalize the tone so the push feels useful, not random.

Customizable check-ins by text

Most conversations happen with AI over SMS. Fit Txt will check in on workouts, meals, weigh-ins, missed plans, and next actions so your goals stay in front of you.

Add human accountability for an extra push

With the paid plan, you'll get a real human accountability partner, not just AI. That person is there for follow-up and motivation, not certified medical, nutrition, or personal training advice (but we are exploring that option!).

Sample Week with Fit Txt

Every week is personalized around your goals, schedule, and motivation style. Over time, Fit Txt will learn how to motivate you and keep you on track. A week with Fit Txt might look something like this:

Fit Txt checks what matters to you this week, confirms your workout windows, and asks what could get in the way.

"You said three workouts this week. Which days are locked in?"

Tuesday

Follow up before the excuse wins

If your plan is to train after work, Fit Txt can check in before the decision gets fuzzy.

"It's almost after-work workout time. You going, or are we already negotiating?"

Wednesday

Keep food choices visible

Fit Txt can help you stay aware of meal plans, protein targets, late-night snacking, or whatever nutrition behavior you're trying to improve.

"What's for dinner tonight? If you need an idea, let me know."

Thursday

Reset missed plans quickly

When life gets messy, the goal is not guilt. The goal is getting back to the next useful action.

"You missed your step goal yesterday. It happens. Get back on track today."

Friday

Review the week honestly

Fit Txt can ask what actually happened, what worked, and what should change for the next week.

"Quick scorecard: workouts done, latest weigh-in, and one thing to fix next week."

Weekend

Plan before Monday arrives

A small weekend check-in can turn vague intentions into a plan that is easier to follow once the week starts.

"Pick your workout days now. Future you does not get to wing it."

Paid Accountability

Fit Txt starts with AI-powered accountability, but the paid plan is designed for people who want a real human accountability partner alongside AI. Paid users get higher message limits and can receive additional human follow-up when extra support would help.

The human role is all about accountability, motivation, and follow-through. And as a reminder, the paid plan does not mean you are receiving certified medical, dietetic, therapy, or personal training advice.

How We Keep Data Safe

Fit Txt only asks for information that helps provide accountability. Conversations may be stored so the service can remember context, show history to authorized admins, and provide support. We do not sell any data to third parties for their own marketing.

We use trusted service providers for messaging, payments, hosting, and AI responses. Those vendors process information as needed to operate Fit Txt.
