Fit Txt provides text-based fitness accountability, motivational check-ins, and related support. Fit Txt is not medical care and does not replace a physician, registered dietician, therapist, or certified personal trainer.

SMS Program

By providing your phone number and opting into Fit Txt, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages from Fit Txt about fitness accountability, check-ins, coaching reminders, signup/payment updates, and related service messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

AI and Human Accountability

Fit Txt responses may be generated by AI. Depending on your plan or support needs, authorized Fit Txt admins may review or respond to messages to help provide the service.

Health Disclaimer

Fit Txt provides general fitness motivation and accountability. Do not use Fit Txt for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. If you have urgent symptoms or feel unsafe, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.

Payments

Paid features may be billed monthly. Subscription payments, cancellations, and receipts are handled through Stripe or another payment provider.
