Fit Txt collects information you provide, including your name, mobile number, email address, fitness goals, check-in preferences, diet and exercise plans, and messages you exchange with Fit Txt.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide SMS-based fitness accountability, AI coaching replies, trial access, customer support, billing, safety review, and service improvements.

Text Messaging Consent

We use your mobile number only to provide Fit Txt messaging that you request or consent to receive. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Message Review

Fit Txt is mostly powered by AI, but authorized admins may review conversations to provide support, improve safety, troubleshoot issues, or help with paid accountability.

Vendors

We may use service providers such as Twilio for messaging, Stripe for payments, hosting providers for infrastructure, and AI providers for generating coaching responses. These providers process information only as needed to provide Fit Txt.

Your Choices

You can reply STOP to unsubscribe from Fit Txt text messages. You can reply HELP for help. You may also contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
